About This Template
This is a standard letter-sized 8 1/2" x 11" invoice that prints in portrait orientation. This template includes a prominent space at top for a reference number and also a purchase order number box. It also includes space for customer phone number and signature line at bottom. This template can also be used as a sales receipt and includes space for payment information. All of the fields can be easily edited to suit your business's requirements. Tri-fold and slip into a standard #10 envelope to mail.

How To Use This Template
All formats are contained in .zip files and must be extracted before you can use the chosen format. Check the FAQ's or the Help Desk if you need assistance on how to extract a file.
Fonts - the fonts used in this template are Georgia and Arial. These are system fonts included with most verisons of Windows. You can use an font you want but keep in mind that you may have to adjust the size and spacing to make them fit correctly.
