About This Template
This template prints 2 up on standard 8 1/2" x 11" letter size paper and requires cutting in middle of sheet before using. Finished size is 5 1/2" tall by 8 1/2" wide. Fields include standard date, number, sold and ship to, sold by, customer order number, F.O.B., shipped via and terms. Tri-fold and mail in a standard 6 3/4 envelope. Like all of our templates, everything can be customized to your liking to fit your needs.

Instructions
How To Use This Template
All formats are contained in .zip files and must be extracted before you can use the chosen format. Check the FAQ's or the Help Desk if you need assistance on how to extract a file.
Fonts - the fonts used in this template are Georgia and Arial. These are system fonts included with most verisons of Windows. You can use an font you want but keep in mind that you may have to adjust the size and spacing to make them fit correctly.
